Removal and installation
CARS WITH NON-FEEDBACK-КАРБЮРАТОРОМ
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight, remove the air filter. |
| 2. Designate and disconnect from the carburettor a fuel hose and all vacuum hoses. Disconnect a cable throttle заслонки. |
| 3. Turn away bolts and remove the carburettor. Merge gasoline from поплавковой chambers. |
| 4. Installation is carried out upside-down. |
| 5. Check up a condition of a plane of a flange of the carburettor and replace a lining. |
| 6. Adjust a drive cable заслонки – by pressing a pedal заслонка should occupy vertical position. |
| 7. Before engine start-up check up correctness of joining of all wires and hoses, fastening of devices of the carburettor. |

The prevention It is forbidden to fill in for simplification of start-up gasoline in диффузоры carburettor chambers.
CARS WITH FEEDBACK-КАРБЮРАТОРОМ (4-CYLINDER ENGINES)
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect the battery from weight, remove the air filter, having disconnected hoses and an air line. |
| 2. Merge a liquid. |
| 3. Disconnect a cable throttle заслонки. |
| 4. Designate and disconnect all vacuum hoses and hoses of a cooling liquid. |
| 5. Designate and disconnect from the carburettor conducting sockets, keeping for the socket case. |
| 6. Disconnect fuel hoses. |
| 7. Turn away bolts and remove the carburettor, merge from it gasoline. |
| 8. Remove a lining, if necessary remove a thermoelement. |
| 9. Installation is carried out upside-down. |
| 10. Check up a condition of demountable planes of fastening of the carburettor and replace a lining. |
| 11. Tighten bolts with the moment 18 Н.м. |
| 12. Adjust a drive cable заслонки. |
| 13. Before engine start-up check up correctness of joining of all wires and hoses, fastening of external devices of the carburettor. |
| 14. After engine warming up adjust idling turns. |
