Removal and installation

CARS 1983-91

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and remove back wheels.
2. Merge oil from a reducer of the back bridge.
3. Remove drums, disconnect a cable of a manual brake and a hydrodrive tube.
4. Turn away a nut and put forward semiaxes from differential approximately on 76 mm.
5. Put ориентационные labels and disconnect back карданный a shaft.
6. Turn away a nut and remove a reducer, having substituted the cart with a jack.
7. If necessary fix a reducer the top nut and displace from a place blows through wooden брусок, having opened consolidation.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down.
9. Grease demountable planes of a reducer and a beam of the bridge with hermetic 3M ART N 8661 or N 8663 or equivalent.
10. Tighten nuts and bolts according to the demanded moments.
11. After the termination remove air from a hydrodrive of brakes.

CARS 1992-98

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a disk and a support of a back brake. A support take aside and fix.
2. Disconnect a cable of a manual brake and a hydrodrive tube.
3. Turn away a nut and put forward semiaxes from differential approximately on 76 mm.
4. Put ориентационные labels and disconnect back карданный a shaft, if necessary get a shaft from a check point.
5. Disconnect from the back bridge a socket of conducting and a hose (on a part of cars).
6. Turn away a nut and remove a reducer, having substituted the cart with a jack.
7. If necessary fix a reducer the top nut and displace from a place blows through wooden брусок, having opened consolidation.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down.
9. Grease demountable planes of a reducer and a beam of the bridge with hermetic 3M ART N 8661 or N 8663 or equivalent.
10. Tighten nuts and bolts according to the demanded moments.
11. After the termination remove air from a hydrodrive of brakes.
