Head clearing consists at a distance the rests of consolidation and a deposit from chambers of combustion and heads of valves. At clearing use a scraper from a firm tree or from plastic (drawing of scratches is not supposed). Simultaneously clear a demountable plane of the block of cylinders, cautiously having closed cylinders rags.
After clearing and head washing check up a condition of demountable planes. A maximum deviation of a plane with the block of cylinders from calibre – 0,05 mm in any place.
If the deviation does not exceed 0,20 mm, a head прошлифуйте. Otherwise a head replace.
If the deviation of a demountable plane of the block of cylinders from calibre exceeds 0,05 mm прошлифуйте the block or replace. The manufacturer establishes norm of reduction of a thickness of a head of cylinders at polishing – 0,20 mm.
On engines V6 follows also прошлифовать a plane of an inlet collector. After clearing it is recommended to establish details газораспределения. |
