Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a back part of the car, having substituted racks under a frame, remove a wheel.

2. Will hang out the back bridge 2 jacks and turn away a nut () the top fastening of the shock-absorber.

3. Remove the shock-absorber from a hairpin (on а/м with springs).

4. Turn away the bottom fastenings and remove the shock-absorber.

5. On а/м with springs lower the bridge and deduce the top hairpins from apertures in a body.

6. Installation is carried out upside-down.

7. Tighten nuts of the top fastening so that the size And 1–2 mm were equal.

8. On cars with back springs the bottom nuts of fastening definitively tighten after lowering of the car with the moment 110–130 Н.м. (1989-91) or 216–245 Н.м. (1992-98).

9. On cars with springs tighten the top and bottom nuts of fastening with the moment 18–25 Н.м. The moment of an inhaling of these nuts should be 15 Н.м.
